This workshop is designed for individuals and groups looking for a systematic approach to problem solving in order to generate powerful decisions. Six Thinking Hats® enables individuals to use Dr Edward de Bono’s world renowned methodology, using practical examples and activities.

Led by an accredited Six Thinking Hats® facilitator.

Style

Highly participative with extensive practice.

As this is a behavioural programme, theory is restricted to key points and the majority of time is spent practising, reviewing and discussing learning.
