This workshop is designed for a specific group who want to implement change within part of their organisation. The day comprises two parts, firstly facilitation of the Force Field Analysis model and secondly, distilling the outcomes and generating action.

The workshop is led by an experienced facilitator who will ensure your stated aims are met.
