Overview...

This workshop examines an area that affects us all, how to deal with difficult situations. Whether it’s with your boss, a colleague, a team member, a client or your partner, it doesn’t get any easier. We work with a proven formula that, when followed, makes these situations so much easier to handle.

Style

Highly participative with extensive practice.

As this is a behavioural programme, it includes selected theory and plenty of time to try out different approaches, with expert coaching and support.

We often include the use of actors to create realistic situations.
