Part of a company’s responsibility to their employees is showing them why it is the best place for them. Otherwise it runs the risk of them losing motivation, morale and worse still, seeking alternative opportunities.
People need to be engaged by their job and achieving this requires good leadership.
Employees want to feel valued and challenged in the workplace. They want to understand the aims and objectives of the organisation and see the clear paths of progression for themselves within that.
